The Shopify app provides free store-data tools. Klaviyo publishing belongs to the standalone MailPanda webapp. Each connection has its own permissions.
The Shopify app links your account, syncs your catalog and collected customer records, and lets you inspect or export the saved data in Shopify Admin. The separate Klaviyo connection is managed in the standalone webapp, where teams review email work before publishing drafts. Installing the Shopify app does not create email plans, connect Klaviyo or enable sending.
Standalone webapp offers: Brand plans start at $99/mo or $82/mo equivalent billed annually ($984/year), in USD. Brand plans cover up to 5,000, 25,000, 50,000, 100,000 subscribers, with plan-specific credits and team seats. MailPanda's Shopify app is a free data connector with no paid app plans. Shopify-connected website tools are also permanently free within existing credit and usage limits, with a default allowance of 500 credits per UTC calendar month without a plan. No paid top-ups or upgrades are available for Shopify-connected accounts. The paid prices and account-trial terms described here apply to non-Shopify accounts. Non-Shopify webapp subscriptions use Stripe. A connected Klaviyo account is required for publishing and sending this workflow. Klaviyo charges and sending limits are separate from MailPanda.
